This Privacy Policy explains how Elike Solutions (“Elike”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit elikesolutions.com, apply for a partnership, or place an order. Elike serves business partners (agencies, studios, consultants), not individual consumers, and this policy is written with that B2B relationship in mind.

All payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Elike receives confirmation that a payment has been captured, along with basic transaction details, but does not receive or store your full card or bank details. Razorpay’s own privacy policy governs how it handles your payment data.

We retain order and account information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, meet accounting/tax obligations, and resolve any disputes — generally no longer than 7 years for financial records, in line with standard Indian accounting requirements. Elike is based in India. If you are located outside India, your information will be transferred to and processed in India. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing partners@elikesolutions.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Deletion requests may be limited where we are required to retain records for legal or accounting purposes.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including restricting access to order and payment data to those who need it to fulfil your order. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Elike’s services are intended for businesses and professionals. The Site is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, individuals under 18.
