Elike Solutions provides white label SEO services to agencies. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it. What we collect

• Enquiry and order details: your name, work email, agency website, and anything you tell us in a form or email.
• Client project data: website URLs, and data in tools you give us access to, such as Google Search Console or Google Business Profile. We only use this to deliver the work.
• Job applications: your name, email, CV or portfolio links and the details you share with us.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and deliver the services you order.
• To send invoices and service updates.
• To review job applications.

We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t use client project data for anything other than the work you asked for.

Your clients’ data

We sign an NDA before we see client details. We never contact your clients. When a project ends, you can remove our access to every account, and we delete working files on request.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting and email, and only as far as needed. They must keep the data secure.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project data for as long as we work together, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal and accounting reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, including the UK, EU and Australia, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email info@elikesolutions.com and we’ll respond.
